Installation
Linux/Unix users may need to increase the maximum number of open file handles in the system, otherwise JAR indexing may fail under load (e.g. when uploading Mule via NetBoot). Details may differ for different flavors, however, most common instructions can be found here. Value s of 2048 and higher have been reported to work.
At least 128MB heap memory must be available to JVM (running on MacOS X may need a bit more). For Galaxy standalone add the -Xmx128m switch to the java run. For others please consult your container's documentation.
