If you attempt to create a workspace that already exists, the server returns a 500 error with the uninformative message "Server Error". The error should be "A workspace with the name <workspace name> already exists".

This is when you create an already-existing child workspace of an existing parent.

I think a "403 Forbidden" would actually be a better error here than 500.
