Hinders usability quite a lot - there's no way to easily link to an artifact and send over the url (or a link for some past version of the artifact for that matter). It's still possible, but indirectly and more developer-oriented (like page info dialog once a View Artifact was clicked). Solution: add Permalink links next to View Artifact and next to View in history.
