Ross and I discussed splitting out the server side plugins of Galaxy. So we might have something like: core/ server-plugins/webservices server-plugins/mule server-plugins/osgi ... integration/mule integration/cxf ... The server plugins would include the galaxy-plugin.xml files and any artifact policies.
