Top-level "components" page is almost done, just need to put some javadoc links in.
Talked to Jackie about how to approach more lengthy java component specific documentation and how to keep "component configuration" and "developing service components" and two separate topics (performed by two different roles. some of the content currently in "developing service components" should be in "component configuration".
