This would allow people to download Mule and galaxy and easily publish the examples to Galaxy. I'm not sure we'd want to bind the plug-in execution to the package phase since many users will not have Galaxy installed. Instead we could put a note in the README to tell users that have got galaxy that they can run
mvn galaxy-maven-publish:execute (or whatever the command would be).
