SVN::Notify currently highlights lines where the only thing changed is indentation, tabs vs. spaces, etc.

This makes it more difficult to see where the real code changes are.

I believe so, Andrew P. set it up.

Actually, it's probably not worth spending time on at this point since I don't know how many people are still reading the "commit spam" sent to scm@mule.codehaus.org (we all used to, but the project has just gotten too big now to be able to keep up on it)

2 Travis - I do for sanity checks and go to FishEye for more complex port-mortem reviews
